Consultation
Charged at $110.00/hr (includes travel, consult and all deliverable documents)
Meet with our interior designer to get some guidance on your space and visualise it’s potential. We can either meet in person, or virtually, whatever is easiest for you. This time is for you to ask as many questions as you need to help form a plan for your project. After our meeting, we will send you a document with an overview of all we discussed along with a basic plan for you to then execute on your own
For those who:
Have a small upcoming project or thinking of a future project
Are unfamiliar with design or have limited ideas/experience
Are not quote sure where to start, or want a few starting ideas
Prior to Consult, we need:
General idea of what you are wanting
Inspiration images or materials that you like
Returned signed contact (agreeing to payment structure and deliverables)
You will receive:
1x consult, in person or via video chat. Hours to be decided upon meeting
1x document detailing all that was discussed including drawings.
1x return brief with basic plan for project completion
How it works:
Contact: reach out via email or the contact us page, give us a brief overview of what you are after and your available times to meet.
Accept: you will receive a contract along with any further information that we need. Once happy and signed we will book in an appointment time.
Consult: we meet for our consult and discuss your project in great detail, ask any and all the questions that you may have.
Document: everything discussed will be compiled and created into a base plan for your project, which will be sent through to you via email.
Invoice: you will receive an email with the invoice, as agreed in the signed contract - communication is open throughout the process.

How it works:

Accept: you will receive a contract along with information that we need prior to starting including questionnaires, photos, aesthetics, measurements etc
Design: once contract is signed, we will undertake the requested work as outlines in contact, communication will be open throughout with any questions
Document: all work and everything discussed will be compiled into a presentation, which will be emailed to you, amendments may be discussed.
Invoice: you will receive an email with the invoice, as agreed in the signed contract - communication is open throughout the process.
Services Menu:

Description: Meet with an interior designer to discuss your design project. Time spent is dependent on how long you require our consultation, typically between 1-3 hours. Consult can be conducted in person or via video call.
Price: $110.00 per hour (Includes: one hour consult + travel within 30kms of Warners Bay + detailed document of all that had been discussed during appointment)

Description: Aesthetic collage that contains inspiring imagery of the overall feeling of the space along with textures/materials/colours/furniture/decor, used to create an overall “feel” of a space.
Price: $50.00 per delivery (includes: 3 options of design aesthetics based on your preferences and style)
We need from you prior: (2 items) answered questionnaire form + photos of liked furniture and decor, existing or inspired.

Description: This will give you a guideline on the sizing of your space along with suggested location and orientation of furniture items. Furniture can be existing items or general ideas of proposed furniture with dimensions.
Price: $150.00 per room (includes: A3 basic room plan with two furniture layout options with basic measurements)
We need from you prior: (5 items) answered questionnaire form + photos of room + photos of existing furniture to be kept + basic measurements of room + basic measurements of furniture to be kept

Description: Outline of indoor or outdoor plants that would work in your space and match to your lifestyle, along with their accompanying care guides and information on where to purchase/cost of purchase and maintenance.
Price: $50.00 per room (includes: A4 document with 4-6 plant options for space, specific plant care guides, identifying plant tags, cost breakdown and any further notes)
We need from you prior: answered questionnaire form + photos of room

Description: Provides regular maintenance for indoor plants including watering, cleaning, fertilising, repotting, propagation and pruning. Can also be an ongoing scheduled maintenance or a one off
Price: $30 + $3 per plant (includes: in-home service, travel within 30kms of Warners Bay, any products used, clear or black nursery pots used)
We need from you prior: (2 items) answered questionnaire form + photos of existing plants with location

Description: Soft Furnishings can help remake a space without any major changes items like cushions, bedding, rugs, upholstery, throws and towels can all elevate a room.
Price: $200.00 per room (includes: A4 document with 10-15 items with two budget options each item, item description with photos, supplier and cost breakdown)
We need from you prior: (3 items) answered questionnaire form + photos of room + photos of any decor and furniture to be kept

Description: There are many window furnishing options, they are the final touch for any space and with many things to consider: fabric, size, pleats, fittings, hardware, style etc they are also one of the most overlooked. Typically accompanied by an on-site or remote consultation.
Price: $100.00 per room (includes: A4 document with two budget options for window furnishings, fabric samples if applicable, window furnishings specification - suitable for future ordering)
We need from you prior: (3 items) answered questionnaire form + internal and external window measurements + photos of overall room

Description: Bathrooms have a lot of potential, but they can also be quite tricky with sizing, a bathroom design and selection will create a plan for you to then take and implement yourself. Typically accompanied by an on-site or remote consultation.
Price: $250.00 (includes: A4 document package with bathroom design layout, tile selection and layout, tapware selection, any decor items, basic elevation sketch to show tile and tapware layout)

Description: Kitchens are the heart of any home, where we spend most of our time and can have a huge impact on surrounding spaces, a kitchen design and selection will create a plan for you to then take and implement yourself. Typically accompanied by an on-site or remote consultation.
Price: $350.00 (includes A4 document package with kitchen design layout, splashback selection and layout, tapware selection, appliances selection, basic joinery layout with overall measurements)
